STAFFORD, Va. — Peterson Companies has sold a 629,018-square-foot industrial facility at 220 Centreport Parkway that is 100% leased to Amazon, JLL announced Oct. 29. JLL Capital Markets represented Peterson in the sale and arranged acquisition financing for the buyer, which the release does not name. The price was not disclosed.
Completed in 2022 on approximately 81.8 acres, the build-to-suit property is an inbound cross-dock facility, one of only two of its type for Amazon in the Mid-Atlantic, according to the release. It has 36-foot clear heights, 132 dock-high doors and 702 trailer parking spaces, and sits in Peterson's 270-acre Northern Virginia Gateway campus along Interstate 95. The release describes no new jobs or investment by Amazon.
