ELSMERE, Ky. — Niagara Bottling has opened its $141 million production facility in Elsmere, a project creating 60 new full-time jobs, the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development announced Oct. 22. The project was first announced in September 2024, and the state says the final investment exceeded the original amount by more than $11 million.

The plant has more than 436,000 square feet of beverage production and distribution space at the C5 Airport East Logistics Center, a 52-acre site developed by CORE5 Industrial Partners. Construction began in early 2025. It is the first Kentucky facility for the Diamond Bar, Calif.-based company. Niagara was preliminarily approved in June 2024 for a performance-based Kentucky Business Investment agreement, and the release gives no dollar amount for it. A state-approved Kenton County site fund also put $669,000 in public money toward power transmission lines for the project.
