YOUNGSVILLE, N.C. — Link Logistics has bought a 550,992-square-foot Class A logistics facility at 2545 Innovation Loop from Summit Real Estate Group, JLL announced Oct. 5. JLL Capital Markets represented the seller, with a team led by Senior Managing Director Pete Pittroff and Senior Director Dave Andrews, along with Director Michael Scarnato.
The building was completed in 2026 and has 40-foot clear heights. The release places it in what it calls high-growth Franklin County, in the Raleigh-Durham market. It is 100% leased to a global investment-grade tenant that the release does not name. The price was not disclosed. The release describes no new jobs or new investment tied to the sale.
