HOUSTON, Texas — Cabot Properties has bought Port 225 Commerce Center, a 484,056-square-foot Class A industrial development at 307 and 315 Beltway Green Boulevard in Houston's Southeast industrial submarket, seller Brightshore Capital announced Oct. 27. The price was not disclosed, and the release names no broker.

Brightshore, formerly GTIS Partners, acquired the 26.5-acre site in 2023 and completed construction in 2025. The property has two buildings, a 128,992-square-foot rear-load warehouse and a 355,064-square-foot cross-dock facility. Brightshore said the sale followed an unsolicited offer from the buyer and came ahead of its original business plan. The release names no tenants, though Cabot referred to the property's existing tenant base. No new jobs or investment are described.
