CENTENNIAL, Colo. — Boom Supersonic has unveiled its Superpower Superfactory, a $150 million investment in new manufacturing capacity in Centennial, the company announced Oct. 22. The campus spans nearly 200,000 square feet across two buildings in the South Denver area, and Boom says it will create up to 500 jobs.

The factory builds Superpower, Boom's 42-megawatt natural gas turbine for AI data centers. Boom says a significant portion of the $150 million has already been spent. The plant is operating now and is expected to be fully operational by early 2027, with first customer deliveries targeted for mid-2027. Annual production is planned to reach 1 gigawatt (25 turbines) by 2028 and 2 gigawatts (50 turbines) by 2029. The release does not describe any state incentives.
